To apply for a property tax exemption as a hospital or a religious, charitable or educational organization please print and complete the 豁免申请  and submit it to the 评估员’s Office with all of the required documentation requested in the application by June 15th.  If the property is being leased by a hospital or religious, charitable or educational organization; written permission from the property owner MUST be included with your application allowing the lessee to seek the property tax exemption.

If you own low-income housing units pursuant to NRS 361.082和NAC 361.089 please print and complete the Application for Property Tax Exemption for Low-Income Housing and submit it to the 评估员's Office with all of the required documentation requested in the application by June 15th.

The application process must be completed and an opinion must be issued by the 卡森城 评估员's Office before your real and/or 个人财产 can be exempted by the 评估员’s Office. 卡森城 评估员's Office will issue an opinion and the 评估员’s Office will notify you of the results.
